Stansfield is in the heart of West Suffolk with lovely walking country in all directions.
Stansfield although rural is about 12 miles from the historic Market town of Bury St Edmunds, the world famous racing town of Newmarket and the market town of Sudbury.
The city of Cambridge with it's universities is only a 45 minute drive as is Ipswich.
The old historic towns of Lavenham, Kersey, Cavendish and Long Melford are a less than half an hours drive away .
The A14 is within a twenty minute drive making a day trip to the Norfolk or Suffolk coasts a possibility.
Nearer to home the small Town of Clare is only 4 miles away and of course there is a pub next door.
